These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAYSTY application (the "App"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions based on the information you provide. The content generated is offered for general informational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute nutritional, medical or professional advice.
Artificial intelligence is inherently imperfect and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Generated recipes may fail to reflect the allergies, dietary preferences or other filters you have specified. TAYSTY does not warrant that any recipe is accurate, complete, safe or fit for a particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing each recipe in full before purchasing ingredients, preparing or consuming any dish, and for determining whether it is appropriate and safe for you and for any person for whom you prepare food. If you have allergies, intolerances or any medical condition, you must verify every ingredient independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
TAYSTY offers an optional paid subscription (Premium). Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your store account. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAYSTY and its creators shall not be liable for any allergic reaction, food poisoning, illness, injury, loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with your use of the App or your reliance on any recipe.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
