Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your TAYSTY account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

  1. Open the TAYSTY app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed permanently.

Option 2 — Request it by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Email: app.taysty@gmail.com

Subject: Delete my account. We'll process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed from our systems immediately; backups are purged on our provider's standard cycle.
